Founded in 2015 and based in Dacula, Georgia, the Nicholas A. Smith Foundation is a non-profit organization focused on honoring the memory of Nicholas A. Smith by providing financial support in three areas for those in need.
Christian University Bible Major Scholarships
Every year, young men leave their homes across the United States and the world to pursue Bible degrees from Christian universities. These degrees vary from an emphasis on youth and family ministry, such as that earned by Nicholas, to Biblical studies, Biblical languages, and more.
The Nicholas A. Smith Foundation is committed to assisting male Bible majors at three Christian university campuses. They are Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama, Freed-Hardeman University in Henderson, Tennessee, and Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas.
Humanity’s greatest need is the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Mission efforts, like those in which Nicholas was involved, allow Christians to take God’s saving message into all the world.
The Nicholas A. Smith Foundation supports faithful Christians in their efforts to take God’s Word across the globe.
Bible Camp Scholarships
Christian Bible camps serve an important role in helping young people build a solid foundation of faith. The in-depth Bible study, powerful mentoring by faithful Christian adults, and friendships among others their age are benefits that continue to bless the lives of campers for the rest of their lives.
The Nicholas A. Smith Foundation recognizes the value of Christian Bible camps but also recognizes the fact that camp is not affordable for everyone. Its Bible Camp Scholarship program was designed to make this faith-building experience within the reach of all who wish to take advantage of it.
If you would like to help deserving young people get the spiritual training they want and need, please consider supporting our work.
